Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within US.. Expedited shipment options and shipping charges for deliveries to rest of the world can be found at checkout upon entering shipping address.  Details of offer are subject to change.  



If you would like to have your shipment expedited, we offer USPS Express Mail and FedEx services; contact us to request shipping options and rates.



Sales Tax is collected for orders shipped to California. 



Most items take one to two business days to ship upon order. While it is rare, if there is a delay we will let you know of the estimated shipping time right away.



Rest assured your items will be carefully packed for shipping. Shipments within US are shipped fully insured, with delivery confirmation, via USPS Priority Mail. 

For shipments delivered outside of US, Express Mail by US Postal Service is used. All shipments are fully insured and require signature at delivery. Shipping times vary, generally between three to five business days; please allow extra time in case of delay in custom clearance. Also please refer to CUSTOM DUTIES / TAXES below. 


CUSTOM DUTIES / TAXES for Shipments Outside of USA:

If your shipment is to be delivered to an address outside of US, please be advised you would be responsible for paying any custom duties, fees and/or taxes incurred in clearing your shipment through your country's customs. Please consult your country's customs agency for tax rates and duties.



We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all Handsome Comely products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can do our best to resolve any issue regarding your purchase. We gladly accept returns within ten days of purchase.


You may return an item if it is new, in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Items that have been washed, worn or altered will not be accepted. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact us by clicking "Contact Handsome Comely". Please include your Order ID# and reason for return. You will then receive an email containing your RMA reference and instructions on how to return your purchase.



Pack your item in the original package. Include all paperwork as described in the RMA email. Seal the box securely. Print and apply the return shipping label emailed to you. Drop off at your nearest USPS location. Once we receive your shipment, we will process your refund within ten business days. Any shipping/handling charge incurred with the order is not refundable. 


International Returns:

Pack and seal your item securely, in the original package if possible. Please include all paperwork as described in the RMA email. We recommend using a courier with tracking capability. Your return package should be insured for the full value of the return merchandise. Sorry, we would not be responsible for return packages lost en route. Packages must be shipped/returned prepaid; we do not accept COD.



A return that was processed as described above will be processed within ten business days. The purchase amount of the item returned, minus original shipping charges, will be refunded in the form of payment that was used to pay for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on the credit card statement depending on the bank.
